Lisa obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Spanish at Bucknell University in Lewisburg, PA, and received her Masters degree in English at the State University of New York at Binghamton.  In her most recent experience, Lisa was Vice President of Organization and Planning at HP Hood, LLC with over 5000 employees.  Her career in human resources brings IMR a rich pool of experience across all human resources functions.

Lisa's hobbies include reading, writing, music, travel, boating, skiing, spending time with family and gardening.  She has been married to her husband Tom for over 25 years and they have two children, Kristin and Kyle.
