DOING BUSINESS with IMR TEST LABS

SAMPLE SUBMISSION
We receive samples via all major delivery services – USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc. Samples can also be dropped off in person. Our office hours are 8am – 5pm EST, Monday through Friday (except major holidays). If you're sending a rush sample, we recommend UPS because it's usually the first delivery service to arrive.
Samples should be accompanied by: - Purchase Order - Specification (if possible) - Incoming Job Sheet or specific work instructions (including contact information, sample identification, and expected completion date)
Samples should meet the minimum size requirements.

SETTING UP AN ACCOUNT
New customers need to set up an account or provide a credit card for billing before we can begin testing. Links to the New Account Sheet are here.
WORK FLOW
- Once your sample has been received, we will log it into our system. - Later that same day you will receive confirmation that we received your sample by fax or email. (Next day if the job is received after 2 pm) - After the job has been logged in, your sample(s) are given to a manager in the lab who reviews the sample and the requested work. - The job is processed through the lab and once the work is complete, a report is issued. - Your report will be emailed to you unless you request a copy to be faxed or mailed.
