IMR Test Labs is pleased to announce that Rich Balamut has joined the company as Outside Sales Manager, based in Ithaca. Rich brings over 25 years of commercial laboratory experience to IMR, most recently with Shiva Technologies/Evans Analytical Group. His extensive experience with customer service, technical sales, and quality assurance make him a valuable asset to the company and our customers. IMR Test Labs is pleased to announce that, as of February 1, 2008, it has acquired the operations of Koon-Hall-Adrian Metallurgical of Portland Oregon.

The acquisition of KHA is considered to be a vital next step in IMR's expansion of service offerings and locations.
